Nefesh Investigations, based in Amsterdam (CoC: 96327332) and operating under POB license 8871, attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy statement, we explain which data we process, why we do this, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1Scope and Applicability
This privacy statement applies to all services provided by Nefesh Investigations, as well as to all visitors of our website. We process personal data of clients, subjects of investigations, witnesses, and other persons who come forward within the scope of our investigative work.
2What Personal Data We Process
Depending on the nature of the investigation, we may process the following categories of personal data:
- Identification details (name, address, date of birth, identification documents)
- Contact details (phone number, email address)
- Financial details (bank account numbers, billing details)
- Investigation data (surveillance reports, video and audio recordings, witness statements, open source intelligence/OSINT)

Nefesh Investigations processes personal data solely for the following purposes:
- Conducting private investigations on behalf of our clients.
- Advising on security vulnerabilities and risk prevention.
- Complying with statutory obligations imposed on us as a licensed private investigation agency.
- Handling payments and maintaining our accounting records.

Investigation records are stored in our archives for a legally mandated period following the completion of the investigation, in accordance with the Private Security Organizations and Investigation Agencies Act (Wpbr), after which they are permanently destroyed.
6Sharing Data with Third Parties
Nefesh Investigations only shares your data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you, if you have given explicit consent, or to comply with a legal obligation. Within the scope of an investigation, data (in the final report) may be shared with the client and, if applicable, with law enforcement or judicial authorities.
7Security of Your Data
We take the protection of your data extremely seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. Our systems and storage methods are highly secure, and our employees are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality.
